Question:I did not receive all the products in my order. What should I do?

Answer:
Please send an email to including your order number and a description of the product received to wecare@bloomex.ca. Please attach an image of the product received with the email in order to speed up the investigation process. If no image is attached, our customer service representative may ask for a picture according to our policy.
